HomeScapes, Inc was started in 2000 by president and CEO, Kevin Daniell. Kevin is experienced on both the commercial side and the residential side of building and construction.

 With a ten-year background as a project manager for a large national retail corporation, Kevin was responsible for new store setups, store renovations and relocations. Kevin managed a team of between 10-20 associates and excelled in the world of high-pressure multi-million dollar retail store operations. As such, he is steeped in the philosophy of “plan your work and work you plan”. Missing deadlines is not an option and Kevin has applied the expectation of “white glove” conditions at project completion to all HomeScapes’ projects.  Kevin continues to spend much of his time directly on-site supervising the construction and detail work to create artistic quality homes. 

Today, HomeScapes is primarily a high quality semi-custom and custom home building company in the Coweta County and Fayette County areas. Customization and uniqueness are a hallmark of a HomeScapes created home.  HomeScapes provides custom trim packages, home audio systems, home theaters, home automation options, detailed tile work, intricate wrought iron stair designs, high quality cabinetry with customization options, outdoor living areas, and custom ceiling treatments.  A few other options and special features may include intricate hardwood flooring, upgraded plumbing fixtures, custom landscaping and hardscapes, irrigation systems, multi-car garages, HVAC upgrades for cleaner/healthier indoor air quality, faux finish painting, and specialty drywall finishes. Currently, HomeScapes has been selected by Pathway Communities to be a builder for the master planned community of Summergrove in Newnan, GA.  HomeScapes is honored for this privilege and was selected due to excellent reputation of quality, customer service, knowledge of residential construction practice and financial stability. HomeScapes is also an approved builder for Arbor Springs Plantation in Newnan, GA and Turnberry Park in Sharpsburg, GA.
